An Application-If you are interested in working with A & A Kitchens, please fill out an application available (download above. You can drop it by our office, or email us.
Liability Insurance- Any person working in A & A Kitchens must have general liability insurance and name A & A Kitchens as "additionally insured". You are free to use any company you like, or you can contact these representatives for a quote.

Food Handler's Certificate- A list of certifiable food handler's is available to download at the bottom of the page.
Security/Cleaning Deposit- A deposit of 350$ is required by all tenants regardless of time spent in kitchen. This deposit is partially refundable. 250$ is refunded to you upon termination of our contract, 100$ we keep as a cleaning deposit. This is to protect our space and equipment, your space and equipment as well.
A Signed Contract- A signed contract by both A & A Kitchens and tenant is required.
